By using Opportunity Builder, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

2. What Opportunity Builder Is

Opportunity Builder is an educational tool designed to help you explore business opportunities based on your available resources. We provide:

• A framework for identifying opportunities
• Guidance on business planning and execution
• Templates and blueprints
• AI-powered suggestions (paid plans)

3. What We Are NOT

Opportunity Builder does NOT provide:

• Financial advice or investment guidance
• Legal advice or business registration services
• Professional consulting or coaching
• Job placement or employment guarantees
• Income guarantees of any kind

4. No Guarantees

Your results depend entirely on you. Business success depends on effort, market conditions, competition, timing, skill development, and many other factors beyond our control. We cannot and do not guarantee:

• That you will earn money
• That opportunities will work in your specific situation
• That AI-generated suggestions will be suitable for you
• Any specific business outcome

5. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Opportunity Builder for lawful purposes only
• Verify all information and suggestions before acting on them
• Seek professional advice when needed (legal, financial, etc.)
• Take full responsibility for your business decisions
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not misuse AI features or attempt to circumvent limitations

6. Subscriptions

Opportunity Builder offers paid Advisory subscriptions — the Advisory Plan and the Advisory Enterprise Plan — along with a free 7-day trial of the Advisory Plan. By subscribing:

• You get access to all AI-powered Advisory features
• You can cancel or close your account at any time from your profile settings
• Access to premium features ends if your account is closed or subscription expires

7. AI-Generated Content

AI features provide suggestions based on patterns and data. However:

• AI outputs may contain errors or be unsuitable for your situation
• You must review and verify all AI-generated content
• We are not responsible for decisions based on AI suggestions
• AI should supplement, not replace, your judgment

8. Intellectual Property

• Platform: The Opportunity Builder design, features, and content are owned by MOM 2026
• Your content: Blueprints and plans you generate belong to you
• Licence: You grant us a limited licence to store and process your content solely to provide our services

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MOM 2026 and Opportunity Builder are not liable for:

• Any business losses or financial damages
• Decisions made based on app content or suggestions
• Third-party services or external links
• Downtime, errors, or technical issues

• Your use of Opportunity Builder is at your own risk

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse AI features or other platform services
• Engage in prohibited behaviour (see Acceptable Use Policy)

You may close your account at any time from My Account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time
• Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification

12. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa
• Any disputes will be resolved in South African courts
