Activating a Plan
To activate the Advisory Plan or Advisory Enterprise Plan:
Go to The Builder page or the Business Advisory page and select your plan
Complete the secure Paystack payment process
Your Advisory Dashboard is unlocked immediately upon successful payment
Billing is recurring — you are charged at the agreed interval until you cancel
Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
Go to your dashboard → My Account → Cancel Subscription
Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
No refunds are issued for partial billing periods already paid
After cancellation, Advisory features are removed at the end of the billing period
Your business profile data and diagnostic history are retained
When a Trial or Subscription Ends
Your dashboard access is suspended immediately — you can no longer view your diagnostics, plans, or dashboard
Your data and generated content are safely retained on our servers
Access is only restored once you resubscribe to the Advisory Plan or Advisory Enterprise Plan
Deactivation & Account Deletion
You can close or delete your account at any time:
Go to My Account → Delete My Account
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it first to avoid future charges
All AI features and access are removed immediately upon deletion
Your data and progress are deleted within 7 days
Changes to Plans
We may add, remove, or modify features over time. If anything significant changes:
We'll notify you in advance via email or in-app notification
Pricing changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance
You can cancel or delete your account at any time if you don't agree with changes
